| Most of our meetings begin with a Random Access period, during which you can ask questions about specific issues you have encountered while using computers and computer-related products and receive helpful information from other meeting attendees. |

| During the Computer Tutor segment preceding our main presentation, a computer topic will be discussed that is of interest to computer users. |
